When advancing a candidate you are prompted by a dialogue that asks you to provide feedback on the next steps of your process.

The information you provide in the Advance dialogue will automatically be sent to the submitting agency, allowing them to help facilitate your process.

You can provide any information that you think will assist the agency coordinate next steps with their candidate.  For instance, interview dates or times, preparatory materials you’d like the candidate to review before their next interview, timelines for the next step in your hiring process, etc.
