How Do I Make an Announcement?

You can make an announcement to all agencies working on your JobCast in two ways:

From the JobCasts Page

  • Navigate to the JobCasts page.

  • Click the Actions menu for the JobCast you want to update.

  • Select “Make Announcement.”

  • A dialogue box will appear where you can enter your message.

  • Click “Publish” to send your announcement.

From the Message Board

  • Open the JobCast you want to update.

  • Click “Message Board” in the left column.

  • Select “Send Announcement.”

  • Enter your message and click “Publish.”

This ensures all agencies working on the JobCast receive the update.
