JobCasts that have one or more unsorted candidates in the New section for at least seven days require your immediate attention. If these JobCasts are not acted upon, they will be automatically closed.

Agencies working your JobCasts rely upon timely candidate sorting to recruit top talent.  Your prompt sorting increases the engagement of agencies working on your JobCast and impacts your Employer Rating

To move your JobCasts out of “Requires Attention” and back into good standing, you must sort all candidates in the New stage of your JobCast.
