Tips for a Successful Search is a confidential area of the JobCast Create Form.  In this section you can add information that you would want an agency to know, but not necessarily a candidate. 

For instance, you can provide companies, schools, or locations to source from or avoid, character traits of a candidate to focus on or avoid, and any other information that you feel will help agencies find the ideal candidate.

A proven technique is to upload the anonymized resume of a candidate that has previously been employed in the same position, or to provide the LinkedIn profile of an ideal candidate.  This information helps agencies form a blueprint of what exactly you are looking for.
