As a Team Manager, you have the ability to view and manage your teammates' JobCasts to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Viewing Your Teammate’s JobCasts
Navigate to the Live JobCast Index:
Go to the JobCast Filters section.
Use the JobCast Owner filter to view JobCasts from a specific teammate or multiple teammates.
There is also an "All" option in the JobCast Owner filter that allows you to view all the JobCasts across your organization from one dashboard.
Filter by Brand:
If your team uses Brands, you can select "All" in the JobCast Owner filter and then filter by the specific brand you want to view.
Acting on Your Teammate’s JobCasts
Any actions you take on a teammate’s JobCast (e.g., editing, transferring, or adding agencies) will be recorded as your actions. This ensures all activity is logged accurately, and it reflects your involvement in managing the JobCast.
Transferring JobCasts:
If necessary, you can transfer JobCasts to other teammates. This allows for better delegation and ensures the right people are managing the right tasks.
By using these options, you can effectively oversee your team’s JobCasts and ensure the right actions are taken for the success of each hiring process.
