RecruitiFi is designed to strengthen agency-employer relationships by providing built-in communication tools that facilitate seamless interactions. Whether you need to discuss a candidate, clarify job details, or just check in, here’s how you can connect with an employer directly on the platform.

Employer Chat

You can chat with the employer about a specific candidate using Employer Chat within the candidate profile drawer.

How to Access Employer Chat:

  • Open the candidate profile drawer from the JobCast Index, JobCast-specific page, Candidates Index, or Global Search.

  • Click the "Employer Chat" tab.

  • Send messages, upload images, and attach documents.

Best for: Scheduling interviews, providing additional details, and discussing candidate-related topics.

🔹 Note: Chat is only available for candidates who have been rejected or advanced from 'Awaiting Sort'.

Contact JobCast Owner

If you have questions about the role or need clarifications on the requisition, you can contact the JobCast Owner directly.

How to Contact the JobCast Owner:

  1. From the "Working On" page within My JobCasts, open the JobCast action menu and select "Contact JobCast Owner."

  2. From within a specific JobCast, go to the "Description" or "Job Updates" pages and click "Contact JobCast Owner" in the top right-hand corner.

Best for: Requesting job details, sharing feedback, and asking role-related questions.

⚠️ Important: These messages may be public, so avoid discussing specific candidates or sharing identifiable information.

JobCast Updates

Employers may update a JobCast after it’s posted, such as refining the job description or changing hiring preferences. These updates are critical for ensuring you have the latest information.

How to Find JobCast Updates:

  • Go to the JobCast-specific page.

  • Click on the "JobCast Updates" tab in the left navigation panel.

Best for: Staying informed about any changes to the job requirements or process.

By using these communication tools, you can maintain a strong, professional relationship with employers while ensuring that your candidates receive the best possible opportunities.
