How suppliers earn on RecruitiFi: fees, guarantees, and payouts at a glance

What your supplier earns on placements, how guarantees protect the deal, and when your payouts arrive.

Written by RecruitiFi

Before applying, most suppliers want the money story in one place: what you earn, when you get it, and what protects the client. Here is the summary, with links to the detailed articles.

What you earn:

  • Permanent placements: A placement fee when your candidate is hired. Community placements pay fixed, country-specific rates you can see before submitting, and preferred relationships use your negotiated per-client terms.

  • Staff augmentation: Earnings on contract placements based on approved weekly hours, plus conversion fees when a contract worker goes permanent.

What protects the deal:

  • Guarantee periods: Each permanent placement carries a 60-day guarantee period. If the hire fails within that window, the employer owes no fee, and the supplier receives no payment.

  • Candidate ownership: You own the candidates you submit to a client for 180 days. A built-in ownership check settles which supplier represents a candidate, so your submissions are protected.

How you get paid:

  • No invoicing: You never invoice the client or RecruitiFi. Payouts are generated automatically.

  • Timing: Payouts release after both the guarantee period and RecruitiFi's collection from the client. See When you get paid: guarantee plus collection.

  • Setup: You connect a bank account and complete a tax form once; international suppliers are paid without invoicing in supported currencies.
