Two questions come up on Community Coins more than any other: can more be purchased, and what earns the quality bonus.
What counts as a quality submission?
Submissions determined to be of high quality earn coin bonuses. The exact definition of quality is deliberately not disclosed, but the signals the platform can see are the ones you would expect: candidates who confirm promptly, advance through the client's stages, and reach interviews and offers. Practically, the behaviors that raise your submittal-to-interview ratio are the same ones that earn coin bonuses, so sourcing to the must-haves and answering them well pays twice.
Ways to gain coins back
Beyond quality bonuses, coins return to you automatically when:
A requisition closes while your candidate is still in Awaiting Sort.
You delete an unconfirmed submission, for example one made with a typo.
A requisition closes within 48 hours of you deciding to Work On it.
Coins are for the community only
Roles from your preferred clients never cost coins, so the fastest way to reduce coin pressure is winning preferred relationships: clients can designate your agency preferred and invite you directly, at your agreed fee terms.
