How Do I Correct Hours After a Timesheet Has Been Approved? (Agencies)

If hours were submitted incorrectly or additional hours need to be added after a timesheet has been approved, here's how to get them corrected as an agency.

How to Dispute a Timesheet

  1. Navigate to the Timesheets section of the relevant contract.

  2. Find the timesheet for the work week that needs correction.

  3. Click Dispute on the timesheet.

  4. Provide a clear explanation (e.g., "Missing 8 hours β€” worker was on site but hours were not entered" or "Incorrect total β€” should be 40 hours, not 32").

  5. The dispute will be sent to the employer's Contract Manager for review.

  6. Once the employer approves the corrected hours, the updated timesheet will be reflected in billing.

What if the Timesheet Has Already Been Invoiced?

Contact support@recruitifi.com with the worker's name, work week, and the correct hours. Our team will work with both parties to ensure the accurate amount is billed.

If the employer uses RecruitiFi's UKG WFM integration, hours are synced from UKG automatically. If there's a discrepancy between what was entered in WFM and what's showing in RecruitiFi, contact support@recruitifi.com so our team can assist with additional billing.
