Having trouble logging into your RecruitiFi agency account? Here are the most common issues and how to fix them.
Forgot Your Password
Go to the RecruitiFi login page.
Click "Forgot Password?" below the login form.
Enter the email address associated with your RecruitiFi account.
Check your inbox for a reset email from no_reply@recruitifi.com. It should arrive within a few minutes.
Click the link and follow the prompts to create a new password.
Not Receiving the Reset Email?
Check your spam or junk folder.
Try resetting again using all lowercase letters within your email address.
Confirm you're entering the same email you used to create your account.
Ask your IT team to whitelist @recruitifi.com.
If you still don't receive it after 10 minutes, contact support@recruitifi.com and we can assist.
Invitation Link Not Working
If you received an invitation to join RecruitiFi but the link isn't working:
Links expire after a certain period. Ask the person who invited you to resend the invitation.
Make sure you're clicking the link from the most recent invitation email.
Ensure you're logged out of any colleague's account.
Try copying and pasting the link directly into your browser rather than clicking it.
If the issue persists, email support@recruitifi.com with the invitation email attached.
"Email Not Recognized" Error
Double-check for typos in your email address.
If you've changed companies, your old email is tied to your previous company's account. You'll need to create a new RecruitiFi account with your new email.
