If you'd like to close or deactivate your RecruitiFi agency account, here's what you need to know.
How to Request Deactivation
To deactivate your agency account, contact our support team through one of the following:
Use the chat widget on the RecruitiFi website.
Email support@recruitifi.com from the email address associated with your account.
Before You Deactivate
Any active candidates you have submitted that are still in process will remain in the system until the hiring process is complete.
Any pending payouts for completed placements will still be processed and paid to you.
Your placement history will be retained for compliance and audit purposes.
You will no longer receive new JobCast notifications or be matched to new opportunities.
