Once you've submitted your application to join the RecruitiFi agency community, here's what to expect.
Typical Approval Timeline
Most agency applications are reviewed and processed within 2-5 business days. During peak periods, it may take slightly longer.
What We Review
Our team evaluates several factors when reviewing your application:
Industry specialization β Does your agency's expertise align with the types of roles our employer clients are hiring for?
Geographic coverage β Can you support the locations where our clients have open positions?
Professional credentials β We look at your agency's track record, certifications, and online presence.
Current platform needs β We balance our community to ensure there are enough opportunities for all participating agencies.
What Happens After Review
Approved: You'll receive a welcome email with instructions to complete your profile setup, accept the Terms and Conditions, and start browsing available JobCasts.
Not approved: If your application isn't approved, it may be because your specialization doesn't align with current employer needs.
Invited as a Preferred Agency?
If you were invited directly by an employer (as a Preferred Agency), the approval process is faster since the employer has already vetted your firm. You should receive your invitation email immediately after the employer submits the invite.
If you were invited but haven't received the email, check your spam folder for emails from @recruitifi.com and contact support@recruitifi.com if you still can't find it.
How to Check Your Application Status
If it's been more than 5 business days and you haven't heard back, feel free to reach out:
Use the chat widget on the RecruitiFi website.
Email support@recruitifi.com with your name, agency name, and the email you used to apply.
