What Should I Do if My Worker's Hours Are Not Correct? (Non-WFM Integration)

If the hours entered into RecruitiFi by your staffing agency don’t look accurate, follow these steps:

  1. Do not approve the timesheet
    If something seems off—whether it’s incorrect data or a miscommunication—do not approve the timesheet.

  2. Dispute the hours
    Click Dispute and provide a brief explanation. This flags the timesheet for review.

  3. Resolution process
    RecruitiFi will work with both your agency and your client to correct the hours before any invoicing takes place.

Accurate timesheets help avoid payment issues and ensure everyone is aligned on the hours worked.
