What Should I Do if My Resource's Hours are Not Correct? (WFM Integration)

If the hours pulled into RecruitiFi don’t look accurate, here’s what to do:

  1. Do not approve the timesheet
    If hours seem off—whether due to missing clock-ins or incorrect data entered in WFM—do not approve the timesheet.

  2. Dispute the hours
    Within your "Open Timesheets" section, use the Dispute option and provide a brief reason. This flags the issue for review.

  3. Disputing after an Approval

    If a change to the workweek has been made after the hours have already been approved, you may still enter a dispute prior to the invoice being sent by clicking the red "Dispute until [Date] at [Time]" button.

  4. Resolution process
    RecruitiFi will coordinate with both you and your client to ensure the correct hours are reflected before any invoicing occurs.

This helps maintain accurate billing and prevents payment issues down the line.
