What Should I Do if My Resource's Hours are Not Correct? (WFM Integration)

If the hours pulled into RecruitiFi don’t look accurate, here’s what to do:

  1. Do not approve the timesheet
If hours seem off—whether due to missing clock-ins or incorrect data entered in WFM—do not approve the timesheet.

  2. Dispute the hours
Within your "Awaiting Approval" section, use the Dispute option and provide a brief reason. This flags the issue for review.

  3. Disputing after an Approval

If a change to the workweek has been made after the hours have already been approved, you may still enter a dispute before the invoice is sent. To do this:

    1. Go to the "Approved" page

    2. Find the timesheet that needs to be adjusted

    3. Click the red "Dispute until [Date] at [Time]" text

We encourage you to dispute inaccurate timesheets before invoicing to ensure accurate billing and avoid potential payment issues.

4. Resolution process
Once disputed, a timesheet can now be "Revised" from the "Disputed" page, which pulls down the updated hours from the WFM system.
