Why Don't I See Hours for a Particular Candidate? (WFM Integration)

If you're not seeing hours to approve or dispute for a candidate you know is actively working, here are a couple of things to check:

  1. Verify the contract status
    The candidate must have an active contract on RecruitiFi.

    πŸ” If they're still in the pre-assignment stage (i.e., a step is incomplete), hours cannot be pulled.

  2. Check with your client about WFM entries

    • The client may not have entered the hours into the WFM system.

    • The hours may be pending approval in WFM.

Once the issue is resolved in the WFM system, RecruitiFi will be able to pull the correct timesheet data and make it available for your review.
