RecruitiFi integrates seamlessly with UKG Workforce Management to simplify time tracking and billing for contract workers. Here’s how it works:

  • Pre-Assignment Setup
When bringing on a new worker, you'll enter their WFM ID as part of the pre-assignment steps on RecruitiFi.

🔔 Note: A worker cannot be classified as active until all pre-assignment steps are complete.

  • Weekly Timesheet Sync
Once the contract is active, approved hours from UKG will automatically populate in RecruitiFi each Monday for the prior week. Staffing agencies can then approve or dispute these hours.

If no action is taken by Thursday morning, the hours will be auto-approved.

  • Billing and Invoicing
Once timesheets are approved, the employer is automatically invoiced each Thursday based on the reported hours.

  • Retroactive Timesheet Pulls
If a contract is activated late, no worries—RecruitiFi can retroactively pull timesheets from previous weeks to ensure nothing is missed.

  • Contract Updates Are Key
If a worker is converted to permanent or terminated, it’s important to update the contract status on RecruitiFi. This ensures accurate time tracking and prevents unnecessary charges.

This integration helps streamline workforce management while ensuring billing accuracy and process compliance.
