Any candidate in the Pre-Assignment stage still has steps that must be completed before they can be officially hired.
To view the remaining steps:
Navigate to the JobCast the candidate is associated with and click into their Candidate Card,
– OR –
go to the My Contracts page and select the Pre-Assignment section.– OR –
go to the My Candidates page and select the Pre-Assignment section.
Click Complete Steps next to the candidate’s name.
You’ll see a detailed list of all outstanding steps, along with who is responsible for completing each one. Once they have all been completed, the candidate will move to "Working."
This helps ensure a smooth transition from candidate to active contract.
