To submit a contract worker for a job, follow these simple steps:

  1. Make sure you are toggled to the Contract Workforce view in the top left corner.

  2. Locate the Job: Find the specific job that you’d like to submit a worker for in your RecruitiFi dashboard.

  3. Click the Submit Button: On the right-hand side of the job listing, you’ll see a “Submit” button. Click on it to begin the submission process.

  4. Enter Candidate Details: You’ll be prompted to provide important personal details about your candidate, including:

    • Name

    • Email

    • Phone number

    • Resume/CV (or other relevant work documents)

  5. Agree to Pre-Assignment Steps: Before submitting, you’ll need to confirm that you are able to complete any specific pre-assignment steps required for this candidate (such as background checks, screenings, or other necessary tasks).

  6. Enter Compensation Details: You’ll be asked to specify:

    • The hourly bill rate for the worker (how much the client will be charged for the worker’s time)

    • Your earn rate (how much you’ll earn for placing this worker)

    • Markup percentage

      • Please note these cannot be edited after submission.

  7. Describe Qualifications: In the final section, you’ll be asked to explain how your candidate meets the must-have qualifications for the job. This is a crucial step to help the hiring team assess whether the candidate is a good fit.

  8. Click Submit to complete the process. Your candidate will have to confirm their interest in the job via a virtual Right to Represent form emailed to them. Once they do, they become visible to the employer.
