Q: What is a Delayed JobCast?

A Delayed JobCast allows you to send a job to selected recipients immediately while scheduling its release to the broader RecruitiFi Community or specific preferred agencies at a future date and time.

Q: How do I set up a Delayed JobCast?

  1. Create a JobCast as you normally would.

  2. In the last step, "Agencies," locate the "Send At" column and choose when the job should be sent:

    • Select "On Submit" to send it immediately.

    • Click into the Calendar Icon under the "Send At" column to pick a future date and time for release.

  3. Confirm and submit the JobCast.

Q: Why should I use a Delayed JobCast?

  • Control Timing: You can engage specific recruiters first before opening the role to a larger audience.

  • Strategic Hiring: Align job releases with internal hiring plans or external factors, such as budget approvals or project timelines.

  • Efficiency: Automate job postings so you don’t have to manually re-release them later.

Q: Can I change the release time after scheduling a Delayed JobCast?

Yes, you can edit or cancel the scheduled release before the set time if needed.

Q: Will recruiters be notified when the job is released to them?

Yes, once the job becomes available to additional recruiters, they will receive a notification as they would with a standard JobCast.
