Candidates move through various stages during their lifecycle on RecruitiFi. Here’s what each stage means:

New

πŸ“Œ Candidates have confirmed interest in your JobCast and are waiting to be sorted.

  • You can view their contact info, resume, Must-Have responses, and Screening Question answers.

  • Sort quickly to maintain a good Employer Rating and keep agencies engaged.

  • Actions:

    • βœ… Keep candidates who meet your criteria.

    • ❌ Reject those who do not.

    • Candidates are presented one at a time, in order of confirmation.

Reviewing

πŸ“Œ Candidates have met the basic criteria and are under further evaluation.

  • You can now compare multiple candidates and share them with colleagues.

  • Agency Chat unlocks at this stage.

Interviewing

πŸ“Œ Candidates are in the interview process.

  • Notifies the agency so they can assist with scheduling and preparation.

Offers

πŸ“Œ A candidate has been offered the job.

  • The agency is notified to help encourage a positive decision.

Hired

πŸ“Œ The candidate has officially accepted and completed all hiring steps (e.g., background check, signed offer, start date set).

Rejected

πŸ“Œ The candidate is no longer under consideration for this or any other role at your company.

Withdrawn

πŸ“Œ Either the agency recruiter or candidate has removed this person from consideration for your JobCast.
