A JobCast enters the "Requires Attention" status when one or more candidates have remained unsorted in the New section for at least seven days. If no action is taken, the JobCast will be automatically closed.

Why Does This Happen?

Agencies working on your JobCast depend on timely sorting to recruit top candidates efficiently. Delays in sorting can reduce agency engagement and negatively impact your Employer Rating.

How to Fix It

To move your JobCast out of "Requires Attention" and back into good standing:
Sort all candidates in the New stage.
✅ Keep candidates who meet your criteria.
✅ Reject those who do not fit the role.

Regularly reviewing and sorting candidates ensures better agency engagement and helps you attract top talent quickly! 🚀
