How do I make an announcement?

There are two ways to make an announcement to all agencies working on your JobCast.

Make an announcement from your JobCasts Page

From the JobCasts page, click the Actions menu of the JobCast on which you want to send an announcement. Select “Make Announcement”.  You will be prompted by a dialogue box that allows you to specify your announcement.  Click “Publish”. 

Make an announcement from your Message Board

Within a Jobcast, click on “Message Board” in the left column.  

Then, click the “Send Announcement” button.  Enter the message that you would like to send to all agencies working on a JobCast, and click “Publish”.
