If a Candidate is hired by an Employer and his or her employment is terminated during the first sixty (60) days following the start date, the Employer may request a refund of the placement fee.

No fee is due to RecruitiFi or the Agency if the candidate does not satisfy the guarantee period.

While the Employer may repost the same JobCast, this is not an exclusive opportunity to the original Agency.  In other words, there is no backfill requirement when a candidate fails the guarantee.
