Clicking the heart next to each JobCast will "Favorite" that JobCast and move it to the top of your dashboard, ahead of all other JobCasts, so you can more easily access it. Favoriting a JobCast will also turn on notifications that will immediately notify you of any updates to the posting.

Pro Tip: You can also filter by "Favorites" to only view your Favorited JobCasts.

It's a good idea to Favorite a JobCast if you plan on submitting candidates or already have.  This will allow you to easily organize all the JobCasts you're currently working on.
