In order for you to get feedback on your candidates more effectively, we have installed the Chat feature on the platform.
How does it work?
Upon your candidate entering the screening stage, you will have access to the Chat, by clicking on your candidate's submission profile and selecting the Chat tab. This gives you a direct line of communication to the internal recruiter of the company who owns that JobCast.
Pro Tip: Did you know you can add attachments to recruiter chat?
If an employer requests an updated resume or a candidate's references, clicking the paperclip will allow you attach a document.
Please note: Employers can choose to close the chat on a candidate by candidate basis.
