Yes, if you no longer want to receive JobCasts from a specific company you can indicate this by selecting the "Don't Show Me JobCasts With..." option when removing a JobCast from your dashboard.

The "Don't Show Me JobCasts With..." option allows you prevent our algorithm from matching you with JobCasts belonging to the company, residing the state, or in the type of role of the JobCast you are removing. Simply select the criteria you do not want to be matched with and click "Remove and Update."

If you happen to change your mind, you can always edit your JobCast Match Preferences in the "No Match List" section of your JobCast Settings.
