Yes! While RecruitiFi is designed to streamline and manage agency hires within the platform, we understand that sometimes hires occur outside of RecruitiFi, or before your account was activated. In these cases, we can assist you in logging an off-platform hire directly on RecruitiFi.

How Do I Log an Off-Platform Hire?

To process an off-platform hire, simply fill out this form and our team will handle the rest. This ensures that your hire is properly recorded within your RecruitiFi account.

Are There Any Fees for Off-Platform Hires?

  • If the candidate was introduced to you before your RecruitiFi activation date, there will be no fee incurred by the agency.

  • If the candidate was introduced after your activation date, the standard agency fees will apply.

Why Should I Log Off-Platform Hires?

Even if a hire wasn’t made directly through RecruitiFi, logging it within the platform allows you to:
