Hourly Positions

For hourly roles, placement fees are calculated using the following formula:

Hourly Wage Γ— 2,080 (the average number of work hours in a year)

This ensures consistency in fee calculations for both hourly and salaried positions.

Commission-Based Positions

For commission-based roles, the placement fee is determined based on the higher of the following:

  • The base salary, OR

  • The high end of the expected first-year commission listed in the JobCast.

This approach ensures that agency compensation aligns with the true earning potential of the role.
