Pending Agencies are those that have been invited to work on your JobCasts as Preferred Agencies but have not yet activated their account on RecruitiFi.
What You Can Do with Pending Agencies:
Send Reminders: If a Pending Agency has not yet accepted the invitation, you can click the “Remind” button to send them a notification to activate their account. This helps ensure that they are aware of the invitation and can start working on your jobs once they complete the activation process.
Delete Pending Agencies: If you no longer want to invite a Pending Agency to work on your JobCasts, you can click the trash can icon next to their name. This will disassociate the agency from your organization. If the agency later activates their account, they will no longer be classified as one of your Preferred Agencies.
