On the Agencies page, you see the Pending section in the left-hand column. Pending Agencies have been invited to work on your JobCasts as Preferred Agencies, but have not yet accepted your invitation to activate their account.

Clicking the “Remind” button will remind your Preferred Agency to activate an account on RecruitiFi so they can start working on your jobs.

Clicking the trash can icon to the right of a pending Preferred Agency disassociates that agency from your organization. After you have disassociated from an agency, if the agency does activate their account they will not be classified as one of your Preferred Agencies.
