Having trouble logging into your RecruitiFi employer account? Here are the most common issues and how to fix them.
Forgot Your Password
Go to the RecruitiFi login page.
Click "Forgot Password?" below the login form.
Enter the email address associated with your RecruitiFi account.
Check your inbox for a reset email from no_reply@recruitifi.com. It should arrive within a few minutes.
Click the link and follow the prompts to create a new password.
Not Receiving the Reset Email?
Check your spam or junk folder.
Confirm you're entering the same email used when your account was created.
Try resetting again using all lowercase letters in your email address.
Ask your IT team to whitelist @recruitifi.com to prevent filtering.
If you still don't receive it after 10 minutes, contact support@recruitifi.com and we can assist.
Teammate Invitation Link Not Working
If a colleague received an invitation to join your RecruitiFi team but the link isn't working:
Links expire after a certain period. Go to Settings > Teammates and resend the invitation.
Make sure they're clicking the link from the most recent invitation email.
Ensure they're logged out of any colleague's account.
Have them try copying and pasting the link into their browser rather than clicking it.
If the issue persists, contact support@recruitifi.com with the teammate's email and we'll get them set up.
"Email Not Recognized" Error
Double-check for typos in the email address.
The teammate may not have been added to the account yet. Check Settings > Teammates to confirm they've been invited.
If a teammate has left your organization, their access may have been removed. A Team Administrator can send a new invitation to the replacement.
