How Do I Close or Deactivate My Employer Account?

If your organization needs to close or deactivate its RecruitiFi employer account, the process requires coordination with your Client Success team.

How to Request Deactivation

Contact your RecruitiFi Client Success Manager or email support@recruitifi.com to begin the process. Our team will work with you to ensure a clean transition.

What Needs to Be Completed First

  • All open JobCasts must be properly closed.

  • Any active contracts (for Contract Workforce clients) must be ended and final timesheets processed.

  • All outstanding invoices must be settled.

  • Your preferred and community agencies will be notified that they are no longer active on your account.

What Happens to Your Data

  • Your reporting data will be retained for compliance and audit purposes per the terms of your agreement.

  • Access to the platform will be removed for all teammates once deactivation is finalized.

If your organization decides to resume using RecruitiFi, contact your Client Success Manager or email support@recruitifi.com. Reactivation timelines depend on the scope of your account.
